Over the next three years Education Leeds will implement strategic plans for the company and for the schools of Leeds based on the following key priorities:
Key strategic priorities within the company are to: improve leadership and management; improve service efficiency and effectiveness; improve our performance management systems; and improve our resource management systems.
Key strategic priorities with our schools are to: develop school leadership and management capacity, including the development of more effective approaches to performance and resource management; improve the quality and outcomes of education for all children aged 3-11; improve the quality and outcomes of education for all young people aged 11-19; and extend inclusive learning for all children and young people.
