This document provides a structure for schools and settings to work in collaboration with providers of extended services to establish appropriate and relevant contracts or service level agreements.
Three appendices are also available as separate files, which means you don't have to save all 66 pages of the full document each time you set up a new SLA or Standard Contract.
However, you will need Acrobat Reader 8 or later in order to use Appendix A, the check-list. This is available as a free download here: http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/ or contact your system administrator for help with this.
Microsoft Word versions of Appendix B and Appendix C are available. These have been set up so that you can add your own text. Simply overtype wherever you see the words "Type here".
